Delete your account

You can permanently delete your EasyTrade account here. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your profile and email address, sign-in methods (password and Google), watchlists, linked tastytrade and Interactive Brokers connections, sent signal history, performance statistics, push notification and email settings.

What we keep

Payment records are kept by our payment processor (Stripe) as required for tax and accounting. Your email address may stay on our unsubscribe list so we never email you again. Routine server logs expire on their normal schedule. We also keep a one-way hash of your email (not the address itself) so the free plan cannot be claimed again with it.

Any active subscription is canceled immediately, without a refund for the current period.

Orders or positions open at your broker stay open and will no longer be tracked or managed by EasyTrade. Close them at your broker first if needed.

The free plan is offered only once per email. If you sign up again with this email, you will need a Premium or Diamond plan.
