When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and login credentials. When you connect a brokerage account (e.g. tastytrade) to use our signal and execution features, we may access account and trading-related data solely to provide our services. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used, device/browser information) to help us improve the platform.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate and improve EasyTrade, generate and deliver signals, manage your account and subscription, communicate with you about your account or service updates, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and theme. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies from Google Analytics to understand how the platform is used, and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram; these load only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the site footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may limit some functionality.
4. Third-Party Services
EasyTrade integrates with third-party services, such as brokerage APIs (e.g. tastytrade), to provide trading-related data and functionality. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's own privacy policy and terms.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices
You can delete your EasyTrade account at any time from Account > Delete account, or at https://www.easytrade.diy/account/delete. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, sign-in methods, watchlists, linked brokerage connections, sent signal history, performance statistics and notification settings are erased, and any active subscription is canceled. Payment records are kept by our payment processor (Stripe) as required for tax and accounting, and your email address may be kept on our unsubscribe list so we never email you again. If you cannot sign in, email support@easytrade.diy from your account email and we will delete the account for you. You may also update your information or disconnect any linked brokerage account from your EasyTrade settings. To keep the free plan to one per person, we keep a one-way hash of the email of deleted accounts (not the address itself); signing up again with that email requires a paid plan.
